East Fork Properties goal is to monitor your property in regularly to provide you peace of mind in your absence. We provide custom, on-site, visual inspections of your home making sure that everything is in order while looking for obvious issues. At each visit, we will do a complete walk-through of the  entire property both inside and out.

Here are a few things we inspect every visit to your property…

• Check Heat/AC for correct temperature

• Ensure all doors and windows are locked and no broken windows

• check for water leaks, signs of water damage and mold or mildew

• flush toilets run faucets

• check refrigerator and freezer for proper temperature

• check wifi signal and cable or satellite is working properly

• check for pests, insects and rodents

• check circuit breaker for tripped circuits

• inspect gutters and siding for broken parts

• collect mail, newspaper and packages and bring them inside

• close all blinds and curtains

• arm security system when departing

• put together a “to do” list of projects that need to be done in the near future
